Refund Policy

We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not pleased with a product, feel free to return it.

Our return and exchange policy extends for a generous 14 days from the date of order delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

Products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.

The Oil bottle must be returned clean and without contamination.

Must be returned in their original packaging.

 

⚙️ Processing Time:

All return and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the returned item.

🚚 Delivery Charges:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of exchanging products.

📦 In Case of Damage or Error:

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, Barakah Naturals will cover all return or exchange shipping costs.
